Forum: Support Tickets


Please post any technical difficulties with The Model Hangar in this forum. Observe the thread prefixes to learn the resolution status.

NEW (New, unaddressed, ticket)
PENDING (Investigation and resolution in progess)
OBSERVATION (Administration has left the ticket open for observation due to uncertain resolution)
RESOLVED (This one should be self explanitory)

Please observe these guidelines when creating a ticket.

  1. Please scan the thread titles and see if the issue has already been reported
  2. Please open a new thread for each issue.
  3. Always use the "NEW" prefix when posting.
  4. If your posting to an existing thread, and the prefix is "RESOLVED", create a new thread.
