Witty is doing the same RCAF Tigermeet F-104 as HobbyMaster

I can't believe Witty is going to do the same RCAF Tigermeet F-104 as HobbyMaster. Good luck to them. They won't see a penny from me for their 104's.

Re: Witty is doing the same RCAF Tigermeet F-104 as HobbyMaster

i believe the witty one had been planned about 18mnths ago when i was informed of the plans to market a 104!
had emailed hawk and asked him to get HM to do one of the later versions but i guess its too far down the line.
why companys have to release the same version is beyond me, if a new company comes along later and better's the first version its no problem but when they are being released at almost the same time it would be a pain for the collecter if both company's product's were of equal quality.

I wouldn't consider Witty and HM on the same level with their 104's, thats for sure

not to mention the Really George F-104. I don't care for off the wall paint schemes. I'd rather have operational ones.

yes the HM 104 is the better of the two but having seen a witty version would have to say they score better in the nose cone and pitot area.

They are working on the nose cone and Pitot tube.

Very nice indeed! Probably will have to get that one (even though I tend to prefer operational schemes in general).
