Hi everyone, I have my first witty or order, Ukrainian SU-27 which I cant wait to receive. Iv had a look round to see which aircraft are available by the various makes as 1/72 diecasts, in my opinion there’s quite a few missing -

Mig-25
F-22
F-117
SR-71
TU-160
B-1
B-2
YF-23
XB-70

Anyone know if any makes are planning on turning any of these aircraft into models?

Welcome to our forum, esseneuphoria---wow, that's a mouthful.

As you may know, Sun Star Air Command put out an F-117 in 1:72nd scale, which I still see listed on The Flying Mule's website. Also, Model Power has much smaller productions of the F-117( 1:150 ), B-1 ( 1:221 ), B-2 ( 1:280 ), SR-71 ( 1:200 ), and TU-160 ( 1: 400 ) for sale on its website. Finally, GE Fabbri , aka Italeri ,includes an F-117 in its 1:100 scale series.

In any event, I'm sure you will enjoy this forum. It's got many well informed members who freely express their opinions.

Sunstar Air Command F117 is lovely model, u should be like it, go to PappyB website to see the pics.

Mig25 is released as well. I looking for TU160 in 1:72 or 1:144 scale.

Ever seen a 1/72 XB-70? It's gigantic. It won't fit on most shelves. Same problem for the B-1 and B-2.

PS----good choice with the YF-23. Best-looking plane ever.

The F-23 is a neat looking plane...I have a plastic model of it in 1:72nd and it's too bad it's not flying with the F-22 Raptors now days...
Somwone has to step up the plate and make a Sr-71 in 1:72nd...I think it will be a sell out.
