where is the MiG?

OK, let me ask this question and leave those of you with "intel" to reply (by pm if necessary):
where is that single seat MiG-29?!?
it was supposed to be available sometime last month!

Oh, that Corgi alternative is just plain sad, this time I took pictures to illustrate the fiasco here

I'm fishing for 'intel' myself. If I do come across one, rest assured it'll be posted on here.

Re: where is the MiG?

I asked a local retailer about it and was told it will be probably be part of the Mar shipment. I had expected it to arrive earlier than the VA-82 and VA-86 CW A-7E that I have got weeks ago. Looking forward to this missing piece from my late 70s to 90s military jet collection.

Re: where is the MiG?

Remember that the #1 version of the Fw 190 was about 8 months late...

Re: where is the MiG?

If we're going to have to wait 6 more months for that, it better be good, much much better than that first Mig-29ub released
according to what i can gather, it is already delayed by (at least) 2 months!

Re: where is the MiG?

Hmmm...got the feeling this is another draggin'...
A reliable source within Witty had told me that the single seat MiG-29 would become available at the end of Jan, and then at the end of Feb! There must be a reason for Witty beoming ever slower with new releases. I hope to see the MiG-29 but I am not holding my breath anymore.

Re: where is the MiG?

I've just been informed by a local retailer in Hong Kong that the "next MiG-29" is coming soon, "mid-April earliest, late April the latest".
Should I believe the guy?
Well, I am not holding my breath for the single seat; in fact, from information I could gather, it's going to be the second MiG-29UB, and not the single seat as the guy at the model shop thought. They have no idea what they are selling...

Re: where is the MiG?

Is the single seater out already? Saw it available for sale on the eBay and it wasn't pre-order.

Re: where is the MiG?

Called the retailer today and no, it ain't there just yet. I am talking about Hong Kong when I say "local", which means "sometimes a few weeks earlier than the US".
