Here it is, a new Tomcat:

Though to me, it looks pretty crap. The shades of blue look really Toy Like. I've got the CyberHobby one of this scheme and much prefer it over this.

It's supposed to be the COLORS OF THE US FLAG.

I don't recall ever seeing a US flag with baby-blue on it. I think that's a violation of federal law or something.

PS---GE F110 engines didn't exist in 1976. Nor did nose-probes. This might be the most inaccurate Witty F-14 yet. And that's saying something.

I can't find any pics of this latest Witty blunder but GE-F110's on an F-14A.... doesn't get much worse than that.

I just saw this F-14A Tomcat Miramar Bien 1:72 Witty 72009-007 on BC site and it looks a little better then the pre pro pictures we saw a few months back.

Apart from this paint scheme, how does the Witty F-14 measure up?
They make a couple I would like but am I better off waiting for CW with my fingers crossed?
