| Witty Model # 72020-002 P-38 "Happy Jacks Go Buggy" could be nicer. The large joint lines where the parts fit together detract from the overall appearance of the model. The joints around the coolers in the booms really stand out. In a silver finish like this model has, the joints have to be super well fit if the parts are assembled after painting. The panel details are actually not bad. Finely done lines. The pigment used in the paint is a little large and it shows up on the tail edges as "rough" outlines when viewed from the side. This model is going to go to the back of the shelf I have my P-38's on. | ||||||||||||||

| Re: Just got P-38 "Happy Jacks Go Buggy"
Thanks for the excellent review. I have two of the WT 38s, but think I'll stick to Corgi from now on... | |||||||||||||||

| Re: Just got P-38 "Happy Jacks Go Buggy" I had to weigh up carefully which P-38 I was going to get, and ended up buying Corgi's "Scat II". Bit of a no brainer really as I live 8 miles from Wattisham! | ||||||||||||||
