Witty Engine Detail?

I recently purchased Witty's F-15D NAS Keflavik, Iceland. It is superb! I am curious: do all Witty Jets have the same nice interior air intake engine detail as the F-15?

I also have one Dragon: F/A-18 Jolly Rogers. No detail in that air intake. Also has horrible landing gear .

Re: Witty Engine Detail?

Welcome to The Model Hangar Elmer.
Witty Wings F-15 Eagle is the best one on the market i think.
The other jets Witty makes are good too.
The other makes are real close but Witty has a better aircraft i think
as far as jet fighters go.There's a good thread on the F-14 you should check it out.

All of the jets seem to have good interior detail. I don't know about the prop jobs though. I'll receive my first one of those next week.

P.S. I'm glad to see someone used the John Wayne in "jet Pilot" avatar. That's from a movie poster of mine. I was quite proud of that one, almost used it myself.

Thanks JP. Regarding the Witty Jets you have, can you see the front of the engine/s when looking into the air intake? I hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question, but with the awful intake detail of the Dragon F/A-18 I have, I am trying to avoid models that lack this detail with I believe is important for a more realistic look/feel.

What about the air intake detail on the FOV F-14?
