Re: Anyone have pics of an real Uzbek Su-27?

That really is a rare bird to find a picture of.
This is the best i could do.

Is the above is a Angolan A/C? A good site for the SU 27 http://www.milavia.net/aircraft/su-27/su-27_ops.htm

This does not look like the Uzbek plane, looks more like a Russian airshow Flanker (I cannot recall which at the moment)...look at the splinter camouflage, reminds me of a Su-30 some years back.

I have no idea what it is....I looked all over for the Su-27 and can't find any camo pics of the Uzbek.
If i remember right they only got like 30 something Su-27's for their Air Force.
This picture here was sent to me from a buddy at work......So i have no info on it.

I think the picture shows this same bird:
two shots close to the previous photo (suggesting it was taken at the same time, from the same spot)

I think the picture shows this same bird:

It will be nice to have that particular "splinter camo" scheme on a future Flanker (hopefully it's an Su-30MK tandem seater variant) release from Witty!

Yep you can tell with the Airliners net picture it has a Red star on the tail. Also notice the gear is a little different angle..So that one i posted may not a Uzbek either.
Well then i guess were out of luck finding a Uzbek camo Su-27 pic huh...??
Now the tan camo pictures look pretty cool...Be a nice one to make.

Maybe they could finally get the canopy right on this one (Su-30MK), who knows... Witty has this serious continuing problem with modern jet canopies/windshields (well, their F-16s look OK).

It's not. The Uzbek AF acquired approx 25 Su-27s and 6 Su-27UBs.

Re: Anyone have pics of an real Uzbek Su-27?

I kept searching for that image i got and found it on this site:http://dawnsearlylight.blogs.com/del...ina/index.html
It does seem to be a Su-30 and not 27 ...those two sure look alike.
