That's an Uzbekistan Flanker, here is a short info on a subject: Uzbekistan inherited about 300 aircraft including 31 Su-27 fighters from the 62nd IAP of the former Soviet Air Defense Forces (PVO) based at Andizhan.

I must say it is exciting to see so many new liveries on diecasts...Venezuelan and Indonesian F-16s, Uzbek Su-27!
I hope collectors out there share my opinion and actually do buy these models otherwise Witty will give up the original liveries and we'll be complaining again.
