I have heard the B-2 per unit cost being between 2.2 and 2.6 billion. The crew stayed with it as long as they could, I'm sure partly because no one wants to be the first guy to crash a 2.2 billion dollar airplane.

I believe that includes spares and development costs, which did not go up in smoke.
