| If you love the Blacksheep 214 check this out I got this in my email this evening and man did it bring back memories as a kid who just loved that show seeing them Corsair's was awsome. What i didn't know at the time that this clip had the old footage of the Memphis Belle last bomb run with Robert Morgan...NBC used the old war footage ...Well we all know that's Hollywood. I loved the show as a kid. My mom wouldn't let me watch it, as she thought Boyington was a bad role model. I don't think she ever understood that for me at that time, it was about the planes. I have had the opportunity to watch it recently, and while it evokes warm memories, I don't think it has aged well. Also, in view of all the things I have learned since, it is difficult for me to relax and enjoy the show without using its inaccuracies to pick it apart. | ||||||||||||||
