F4 Phantom low fly-by...too low

I got this sent to me today check out this F-4 Phantom flying really low.
I bet he got grounded for that one too.
This looks like the Richthofen Sqn Phantom ? The logo right there looks like a 'R".

Does 10 ft register on an altimeter? Very low passes.

Low is right.The dudes standing on the bank to the left are now sporting flat top hair doos

Maybe its a German thing....

1981, on a shuttle bus from Rhein-Main AB to Ramstein AB - we were just going along when here comes two Luftwaffe F-104s, flyin' so low they scared the Bejesus out of everyone on the bus!

Dang -- what would the ground effect be like on a pass that low? And what does the plane's nose art say? Spirit of somethingsomething? I'm sure the guys on the ground have it burned into their memories!
