Dog Fights-History Channel "The Legend of Y-29" **NEW** on 3-7-08

I got a email from Mr.Powell today and i thought i post it on here for all to see what he had to say.

Check your local TV schedule. The producers of the Dogfights program on the History Channel have
advised us that their new program, featuring the 352nd Fighter Group's most dramatic air battle, "The Legend of
Y-29, will be aired tomorrow night at 11 pm EST for the first time.. You will see some familiar faces on this one.
If you live in the EST zone and that hour is late for you, tape it or have a friend do so. The producers say they
think this is their best show yet.

This episode was one of my favorites. Hope the rest of them are equally as good! Loved the clips of the Fw-190s wings being folded up like a carrier planes after it got shot up. That was great! The pilot telling about it was very enjoyable to listen to, anyone remember his name?

I concur fully! Dude, those dogfighting scenes below the deck is just awesome...it's like a major gladiatorial event!!!

Awsome episode but I missed the first 15 minutes - forgot it was on!

Will have to wait for a re-run someday (or buy the season) to see the whole thing.
