Re: German U Boat

Thnx CC. For your info its from Targa. The U Boat can be "dissected" so that you can see the compartments of the boat. Scale is 1/144 and its made of plastic My next purcahse would be their King Tiger. You might want to visit their site but its in Japanese www.targa-japan.com .A patriotic WWII german song is played whenever you click the U Boat or King Tiger. Cool if you'd asked me !

Re: German U Boat

Very nice. Is that my imagination, or does it show a torpedo being shot out of the tube? Did it come like that? What is the price of it?

Thumbs up Re: German U Boat

I was wondering about the "cuts" in the first pics but the sections make perfect sense. Very cool.

Re: German U Boat

Thnx for the compliments guys. If you are into ships, another brand Takara carries the IJN Yamato and Yahagi.Scale will be 1/700. After completion the Yamato will be about 37cm Here's a sample pics.If you look carefully there are 2 Jakes at the stern of the Yamato. The Yamato is my wish list. Very Nice.....

Re: German U Boat

I think the light cruiser Yahagi is a mighty fine looking model too.
