Old Cast Iron Planes

Cast iron toys were a US-made specialty from the 1890s until 1940.

Some large and intricate airplanes were made especially after Lindy made flying very popular in 1927. They are expensive today.

I have been able to purchase a few smaller examples. I am not a big cast iron toy collector, but I have some for variety.
