| Frankonia Mail Box Series. These planes were introduced in 1968. Castings were the DC-7, 707, DC-8 and Caravelle. They were made in Hong Kong and sold through the US importer Frankonia. Examples on the blister cards were called "Air Mail Series;" those sold in small boxes were called "Mail Box Series."     The United Caravelle I have had since it was new back around 1970! | |||||||||||||
