Corgi and Dragon and Witty, etc., aren't the only manufacturers bouncing over speed bumps. Hasbro, the guys who make those incredibly neat Star Wars Titanium models (available through WallyWorld and Target and Toys R Us), have delayed their latest "wings" (assortments) for months. I have no idea why; I do know, however, that Titanium model prices are rising. And Hasbro is incorporating plastic more and more.

So I'm thinkin' concerns about labor, production and metal scarcity (to name a few) are adversely affecting Chinese companies across the board.

Anyway, I'm doing another WallyWorld run today, hoping to snatch oodles of new Star Wars models. On-line vendors claim they've arrived. Wish me luck!

I think Takara also did some Sci-Fi diecast pieces.

Wave 2 arrived. Found these little puppies today at an obscure WalMart. Grab 'em while you can; they're a limited edition, so they'll be extremely hard to find.

I also have a number of Dougram, Votoms, Macross,Battletech and even started a chess set with the small Battletech figures.sad to say never finished them but they are still in my house somewhere Maybe i will dig them out and take some shots. I also have a large collection of Mags from the early 80's from Japan

The Battletech figs were pretty neat. I remember there were some nice looking plastic kits for awhile too.
