Re: Corgi 2007: Star Trek 40th Anniversary

Does the Klingon BIRD-OF-PREY come with a cloaking device or is that an optional extra?

Buy one send it to me and I'll fit it with a permanent cloaking device - so good you won't be able to tell it there

I'm displaying a couple like that at the moment - if it wasn't for their ion trail and warp signatures you wouldn't even know they were there .

Re: Corgi 2007: Star Trek 40th Anniversary

I've got all three, and on the boxes (though not in the 2007 Corgi Catalog) it also lists the Defiant from Deep Space 9, and Voyager. Does anyone know if Corgi is actually planning to release those, maybe in 2008, or just wishful thinking?

I would definitely buy Voyager - without a doubt the best Star Trek series out there (all 7 seasons) .

I'd buy the movie Enterprise, I like the lines of that better than the TV version(s). I'd probably also get the Reliant and the Excelsior if they were to be made. The Enterprise B from the start of Generations would also be cool.

Re: Corgi 2007: Star Trek 40th Anniversary

How about a Borg Cube in the same scale as the Enterprise-D? It would probably be about 5-6' or more along each side! The entire station in Deep Space 9 would be quite a model, too.

Re: Corgi 2007: Star Trek 40th Anniversary

I have heard rumours (and only rumours at this point) that this line will be discontinued in the very near future, sadly before the Defiant and Voyager are released. Sorry my nerdly friends.
