Unhappy Any good Diecast shops in Vegas

HI will be leaving this side of the pond next week (uk) to spend a week in Las Vegas as my friend is getting married there. I am sure that there must be some stores in Vegas selling diecast but try as I might cant seem to find any listed on google. Many Brits seem to buying diecast from the U.SA. now as many stores over here seem to be going broke and are closing down which I hope is not a sign of things to come.

Gemini Jets is in Las Vegas and welcomes visitors. They are out near the airport. Mostly airliners but I'm sure they will have the new Aces on display. geminijets.com/contact

Tri-Star Airplace World is also in Vegas. I think he operates out of his home but he might be willing to have you stop in to buy. Drop him an email. airplane-world.addr.com

Fun to go there but they sell everything for full retail, no good deals but still fun.

Try Hobbytown USA, the store on 5085 West Sahara Ave, was there late last year, picked up some books and models from them.

Re: Any good Diecast shops in Vegas

I had some great times in Vegas, but they didn't involve diecast planes.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: Any good Diecast shops in Vegas

Do you know what chopper place you are using? I used the one that is at the Grand Canyon Airport with a rainbow paint scheme on them. They are the best. The ones based on the strip are cool too. It is well worth the money. If you hit it big, you can celebrate by buying some cool new diecast stuff. If you don't, buying some new diecast will help.

Smile Re: Any good Diecast shops in Vegas

Not sure about the chopper flight as this has been was arranged by my freinds.Your right about the diecasts but on to a winner already what with the exchange rate and the lack of postage it mean's I am a few dollars up to start with and if I can come home with all 3 Gemini aces and maybe preorder on the next 3 will consider myself very lucky, so roll them dice
