Thumbs up Boy I wish they offered this in the USA

Got this in a magazine, and man if I lived in the UK, sign me up.

Two planes and some cool booklets. Membership and once a month for $19.95, deal.

See scan, anyone ever see these Atlas 1/72 Diecast, look pretty cool.

Re: Boy I wish they offered this in the USA

We may get all the "good stuff" in the UK, but we pay dearly for it compared to prices in the US.

However on this occasion you have been saved from yourselves, these 2 models were released a long time ago under the "Airfix" name, despite being diecast.
They are poor by today's standards and as you can see the Wick Bf109 has the wrong colour Horrido! shield on the cowling.
They came on a poorly made wooden base with a paper "tarmac" top along with the slightly tacky keyring described in this offer.

Here is the UK Atlas Editions website: Duelling Fighter Planes

Re: Boy I wish they offered this in the USA

I just got a copy of that flyer today in my Scale Aviation Modeller International. Neat looking and if you get the right model magezine you can at least get the flyer on this side of the pond.
