Strawberry bitch haunted???

Nothing to do at work, so I looked up haunted houses for fun to kill time, and read about strawberry bitch being haunted. Somthing about the ball gunners postion and inside the plane is suppose to be haunted and people who work there at night hear strange stuff from outside the plane. Check it out at haunted houses .com.

Re: Strawberry bitch haunted???

I have been the last one out of the museum on many occassions, and I can say that you get an odd feeling when it is dark, and most of the lights are off, and you are walking through the WWII hangar. I don't know if they are haunted(never heard the one of the B-29 before), but I can tell you some odd things have been heard in the WWII hangar at night. One night as I was escorting people out, a couple in their 50's stopped me to tell me what a great museum we have. I thanked them, and then they said that they had never been to a museum that went as far as to have reinactors with the planes telling stories of fighting in the planes and dressed in their WWII flight gear. I walked back there to see what the heck they were talking about, and found no sign of reinactors. They were shutting the lights out, and as I rounded the corner where the B-24 is parked, there was a USAAF patch on the floor. I still have it to this day. I thin kthat is about the wildest thing that ever happened to me there. Other than that, everyone always wants to know about space ships. Ha Ha! I am not sure if the feeling comes from anything out of this world, or knowing that men fought in these machines, and not all of them came back.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Mustangdriver, that's enough to send shivers up me spine! Scary stuff. I guess it's easy to feel that way about things we don't understand.

Re: Strawberry bitch haunted???

Well atleast they were not shot up spirits telling a story. That would be too much for the average museum visitor. Interesting story, thanks for sharing.
