Re: 2 new B-17s at the Flying Mule

I came within a whisker of also buying the G for George Lancaster but just couldn't bring myself to accept the reverse camo. scheme. I'll be patient, as the one 'workhorse' Lanc that I'm really looking for is the (unlimited edition ) S for Sugar ... I keep telling myself that time and patience are the key in this hobby .

Re: 2 new B-17s at the Flying Mule

I just grabbed the Hartmann 1/32 109. $119

I have no idea what these were priced when they were released and I know I have passed on them for the same $. Sorry Harry!

But today the price seemed a steal with free shipping. Thanks to President Bush, I have a way to pay too!

I love war and Republicans!

$119 plus free shipping is an excellent deal on this bird, the best 109 they made in my opinion. Mine ran me $150.00. You'll love it. The Galland hood is pretty cool on this 109, gives it a different look than their other ones.

Glad to see someone has gotten their stimulus check. I believe mine is a phantom check. I'll believe it when I see it.
