These appear to be reissues based on existing molds. I bought a number of them about six months ago and found that the molds, themselves, weren't half bad for the scale ( 1:100th ), although somewhat lacking in fine detail. Unfortunately, while the paint schemes were fairly well done, if not perfect color-wise, the assembly and detailing showed signs of frenzied, poorly supervised work. Many insignias, letters, numbers, stripes, etc. were hopelessly misaligned; worse, the undersides of some models had significant denting, scars, rough edges, and so on. I managed to make six or seven of these models presentable, including one total repaint, however if you aren't inclined to make such adjustments, it's buyer beware.
