Great!
If they do not crash this bird also, I will see it again on friday & saturday in Berlin. 2006 was indeed a nice show, hope 2008 will top this

Re: Video of a restored ME 262

Neat video of the 262, I think I have seen similar in flight video of one of the two seater Me 262 replicas.

Re: Video of a restored ME 262

Is that restored or is it one of the 262s built from the original plans with modern jet powerplants? I wasn't aware of any restored ones, but was aware of new ones being built (5 total I believe were built of both single seat and two-seaters).

Articles on these have been in FlyPast and Aeroplane for a couple of years now. They are replicas, but real nice looing ones though. I also remember seeing that there were some Fw 190As that were being produced too.

Re: Video of a restored ME 262

These replicas are powered by General Electric J-85 / CJ-610. This site has a couple more neat videos on these replica Me 262s and has the photage of the two seater flying.

Here's the link for the Fw 190, but it's a 190F-8:

That looks like a restoration project. The one I was thinking about was a replica. This link from Aeroplane has an article on one of them.

Another link to site covering replicas, looks like they are FW 190 A8s.
