That looks like a restoration project. The one I was thinking about was a replica. This link from Aeroplane has an article on one of them.

Same here, but they do have some purdy pictures.

The ME-262s were started at The Texas Airplane Factory, in Fort Worth Texas. They were completed in Seattle, IIRC.

also, the TAF "rebuilt" 4 Ki-43 Oscars. They are very nice.

Flypast and Aeroplane have has some interesting articles on the Oscar restoration projects.
