Would be a big suprise as, according to the latest Flying Mule newsletter, the Franklin Mint line is selling very well........

Hope it's not true

If it is true then they all just became more collectible - right? Although Matchbox never did too well.

Did the original poster of this on the other website also say that GM will no longer be producing automobiles?

Matchbox were great models when they came out and they were the foundation of my 1/72 collection. IMHO, they aren't that collectible now, but in 20 years, I bet they fetch a pretty penny.

You get a pretty good price for their silver F-100...Now days.
