Chock Full o' Profiles

Ran across this site while searching for profiles of Hans-Joachim Marseille's mounts. (OK, so I can't afford Flying Tigers' GA Marseille exclusive; I can still pine for it.) Twelve, count 'em twelve, pages of Luftwaffe plane color profiles, by pilot -- everyone from top-scorer Erich Hartmann down to some guys with one or two kills. I'm sure there's more info than just the images, but it's in Japanese (Chinese?), so it's all Greek to me. (Heheh, I make small joke.)

Chopping off the end of the URL leads to some other interesting and incomprehensible pages, and I'm betting there are sections for different nationalities, but a few tests yielded negative results. Maybe someone with more time or knowledge of Japanese (Chinese?) can explore the site further.

(Note: The English translations on the site could use a little help. But they are funny.)

The website you ran across has been around for several years. It's webmaster compiled/archived many of the warbird profiles painted by noted aviation artists of the highest calibre. It is the site I always refer to when I wanted to look at specific aviation artwork from a certain favorite artist of mine. It is indeed a great site for reference and then some...
