CDC Armour is still "hot"

CDC Armour German Panther Ausf. D 1/72 Diecast #3263 - eBay (item 130218627519 end time May-05-08 20:56:00 PDT)

With lots of time left (I have never understood why folks bid so early and often on an auction and only drive the prices up )

The panthers are nice, but I'm surprised at the action on this sellers listings. I sold off my CDC 1:72 trucks a few years back for chump change on ebay, and most of my CDC collection for $50-$150 (most around $75).

Just today's pointless market observation

Re: CDC Armour is still "hot"

I've got 26 of the WW II items and am missing 9 that I know of. They are nice but not up to Dragons modern standards or even HM's. The really trippy models in this line are the Panzer IV's with the mesh side armor. Those look super. I know I paid a high price at the time for these models. Easilly 3 to 4 times what modern 1/72 armor is going for from other makers.

Check the Ebay Listings forum for the latest diecast model listings on eBay.

They aren't as detailed as those lines, but they are older, and almost 100% metal... I used to have a bunch of 'em, but sold most to fund my air force.
