| Re: Tokyo Raid I recently found a new hardcover version (I hate paperbacks) of Ted Lawson's "Thirty Seconds over Tokyo". I don't know that I would have lived through the journey that he and his crew endured after their crash. Those fellows were true heroes. Larz | |||||||||||||

| Re: Tokyo Raid WWII vets are getting fewer and fewer. I remember the Tokyo Raiders having a reunion in Albequerque in the early 1980s and I was able to get General Doolttle's autograph. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Tokyo Raid If any of you guys love the B-25, buy the Corgi AA35302 B-25 Mitchell 'Doolittles Raider'. The bomber's monotonous olive-green topside is a little fatiguing, but the plane signifies American military prowess (and genius ... and guts ... and boldness ... and daring ... and ... and ... and ...). So I highly recommend it. While you're at it, buy Corgi's other B-25s. You'll love 'em.  | |||||||||||||
