Re: Winter Storm in Mid West

Here in Niagara we are in the lull of the storm have about 12" on the ground since last night. Winds are suppose to pick up and more snow this afternoon and into the evening. Was planing a trip into Hamilton today to MC, but I'll just hunker down put another log in the wood stove and troll E-bay for a die cast fix.

Post Re: Winter Storm in Mid West

Britain is bracing its self for the severest storm of the winter over the next 24-48 hours with high winds, rain/sleet & snow, the low lying coast of East Anglia being very vunerable to flooding.

Re: Winter Storm in Mid West

It is pretty cold in Atlanta now. We had some snow light flurries but nothing else. It rained yesterday, but it is supposed to be nice tomorrow.

Re: Winter Storm in Mid West

Well, well, well... What can I say? This is the 2nd major snow storm in 4 days. The entire region was shut down wednesday(no school, no work, no nothing). If I look out the window right now, I have hard time seeing the neighbor's house the other side of the street. It is THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW!!!

I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Re: Winter Storm in Mid West

Snow snow and more snow is all I can say! We have had a least 6 or 7 big snow falls this winter plus feezing rain mixed in and still have a good 3feet of snow on the ground! Did I forget to tell ya that sometimes it snows here at the end of april!

Re: Winter Storm in Mid West

What a bunch of whimps, whining and moaning about a mere 6 inches or so. We had nearly a foot dumped on us last week in one day here in Missouri.

Man, I thought you canucks would never be impressed with a mere half foot of snow...lame!

tard, when you look at a map, Missouri is South of Moncton. Therefore, you would be going DOWN to take Tophat's diecast home, not UP!
