Re: How Long Have You Been Proud To Be An American?

Now lets get serious, Captain Eddies good lady wife makes the best chocolate brownies in the whole world so I suggest that all American food aid should include those yummy delicacies.
Very soon thereafter the world will be so pro American you folks will be blushing like New brides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awwhh, shucks, Jim! My wife thanks you for the kind words.

And I thank you for all of your other kind words (the ones I DIDN'T quote).

I understand Barak states his wife was only talking about American POLITICS......perhaps, but she didn't SAY that!

I try NOT to be proud, but I've been GLAD to be an American since I was little, and could appreciate such things.

Re: How Long Have You Been Proud To Be An American?

I was proud to have lived in the U.S for 5 years .. damn shame i ever came back to U.K ... i think maybe 40% of the total population here are British .. the other 60% need kickin out or shot

Yeah, ya' come to America... ya' integrate. Ya' come to the UK or western Europe... ya' segregate (and then start your own legal system that will seek to destroy Britain's gift to the world: British Common Law... one law for everyone.) God help Europe... for it appears its politicians will not.

And it is also warm in Cuba. I applied for the 'El Presidente' job listed. I haven't gotten a call for an interview...yet.

Oh so much can be made with this statement, but alas I have to let it go.

Do it now Shawn. You won't be able to do it on deployment. I've found that FOB Big PX MWR computer labs won't let you on to this site. But FOB No KBR computers will let you on here.

Maybe try for the Governor of Kentucky job instead.

First question on the application....do you have a purty mouth? (See Deliverance if you don't get it)

Second question on the application...are your mom and your sister the same person?

If you answered yes to both questions, you be da Gov.....

I don't have the patience to learn the southern U.S. dialects.
