I was pretty sure the Giants would win after I heard that the idiot Mayor of Boston (Mumbles Menino) released detailed plans to the press last week about the grand post-Superbowl parade and celebration. History has a way of repeating itself in ironic fashion.

Just a few years ago when the Pats were the considered underdogs, all Belichick did at the pregame meeting was read an article in that day's newspaper from the opposing team's (I believe it was the Rams) home city which detailed the plans for their post-game parade and celebration. The Pats of course, were so enraged at this flagrant display of arrogance that they were determined not to be denied victory.....and they weren't.

Yes Mumbles, and yes Bill, history has a way of repeating itself - in ironic fashion. Enjoy your parade, Mr. Mayor!....

Yea, I read about that....seems rather classless. I had no dog in this hunt, but, since Belichik did NOTHING for the Browns, and due to his cheating, and his reaction to getting caught, and to the fact that we as Americans kinda like the underdog, I was pulling for the Giants. Way to go Giants!
