Quiz: Test Your Warbird ID Skills

Here's a little bit more challenging for those of you who are quite adept at identifying certain aircraft types by merely looking for a certain silhoutte of the a/c. I deviced this quiz based on the old "Warplanes Data Files" magazine published by ORBIS Books in the early 1980s. Now, let's up the ante a bit more and have some fun in guessing the type of aircraft by looking at a sliced portion of the aircraft in question. Good luck.

To start the ball rolling here's a rather easy one.

Re: Quiz: Test Your Warbird ID Skills

Bingo!
How about this one:

It this one is not a Yak 17, you have me stumped. The Yak 15 was a tail dragger with exposed 23mm cannon barrels, so it cannot be that. The Yak 23 had a different nose gear door arrangement, so it cannot be that one either. To cool, I can't wait to see this ones identity.(I like getting stumped) Must look real close to the Yak 17 though, shot below definitely shows some resemblence, but cannot find another Yak aircraft that matches.
