Re: Lego warbirds!

I have the Lego Sopwith Camel and Wright Flyer... haven't built them yet... I am too busy building Lego Batman and Star Wars with my son, and Lego Harry Potter with my daughters. Anyway you stack Legos, they are loads of fun!

I have build the sopwith and the red baron fokker. Impressive sets!

Can we try with real bullets now?

Re: Lego warbirds!

For Raven:
There are a couple of places you can look for older Lego sets. Prices will vary, but I've had the best luck at these sites:
BrickLink - The Unofficial Online LEGO® Marketplace
America's Best Train, Toy & Hobby Shoppe in Illinois

For Shawn:
I have lost plenty of Legos, but the only time this ever impacted my ability to build something was when I tried to build something directly from the instructions. I don't do that much any more, and the guy who built those warbirds was creating stuff without instructions too. If I do lose a critical piece, the aforementioned bricklink.com is a place where you can find almost any individual piece. Prices range from pennies to a couple of bucks for single pieces.

I've tried to make airplanes, but I'm nowhere near as good as the guy who posted this stuff. Thanks for posting!
