Re: Welcome back to MHII !

Came across a couple more old kits stashed on another shelf. Have a question to forum members, does anyone remember Revell putting out a 1/72nd PT-13D KAYDET? I was going through some of my kits and found a nice looking 1/72nd kit of a Stearman PT-13D. To be honest it was a nice surprise because, I really do not remember purchasing it in the first place. Just curous if anyone has come across this one in their model building days.

I thought I had pretty much gone through most of the Revell line, but honestly, that one escapes me. Conversely, the Heller and Frog kits ARE familiar! What a blast-from-the-past! I liked those two lines, but they we soooo hard to get a hold of in central British Columbia in the early/mid 60s. I mean, we were living in the boon-docks -- it was a miracle we got what we got!

Thumbs up Re: Welcome back to MHII !

Well, I too thought that The MHII was a goner! The first couple of days I would check about every hour to no avail. I had almost given up, but Thankfully Your Back! GLAD EVERYTHING IS FALLING BACK IN LINE!

Wow! I'm impressed! Absolute ACE job with that, Miket!! Mine wasn't quite as well done, though.
