What not to say to your wife

My wife just called me as she was out getting fitted for a new dress.

She told me the saleslady took her measurements and she was a 38-22-34

I replied " too bad their not in that order"

Oh well...I guess I am sleeping downstairs in the den again tonight, but at least I will be with my diecast.

OK Guys, I have given you the ammo, now fire back and make me laugh.

Huh thats nothing. Everytime I open my mouth the wife gets pissed. Oh well the couch sleeps better than the bed anyways. So she tells me!

You poor silly man. Are you a rookie at being married?

I'd tell ya some of the things I've said to Mrs "S" (and the ensuing responses) but it would be just one more thing for the mods to have to delete...

Post Re: What not to say to your wife

My ex wife was always dragging me out on shopping trips for a new dress (for her) or shoes & chatted on & on about what she would like next..usualy when I was trying to watch sport on tv, once during a crucial soccer match involving my team (Aston Villa) she wanted to know what I would like her to wear to a formal function we had been invited to.
Things were getting rather tense on the football pitch & even more so in our living room as the opposition had just equalised & nothing I said would shut Mrs N up "wouldnt you like to see me in something long & flowing?" she asked.......yes I replied....the river ......I have never heard a door slam so loudly.
