"JubJub Bird" was from the 91st BG, 401st BS. "Looky Looky" was in the 490th BG, 851st BS.

Check out this site for more work by the artist who did "Jub Jub".

Cheers, My elderly mate (Bert Madams) was in the wartime RAF 'Air-Cadets', & often went up in 490th B.G. B.17's (smuggled aboard & with friendly crew, breaching regulations ) as a 14 year-old, living next to the Airfield itself, at Eye, in 1944.

He said he rode quite often ("dozens", he said) usually prefering the Nose-Area once the major tests had been completed, usually after an engine-change (etc). Whenever the 490th are mentioned, I think just how lucky he was, living right near the perimeter.

Many thanks for the info' Cnk'hd.
