Re: Who would go see Led Zeppelin if they decide to tour?

I was born a few months before Reagan took office. Thus, I was born during the Carter era.

And despite daily bathing, I cannot cleanse my body of the dirty feeling regarding that terrible fact.

Just so you know Cav, I had nothing to do with that one.......

My goodness, I look inebriated. Then again, the more things change, the more they stay the same.

Like all kids are told when they ask for a sip of beer- "Go ahead, it'll put hair on your chest!"

Speaking of rock-n-roll news, I see that Ike Turner has just passed away...

November,1980
My Dearest Skunky,

I'm not sure how to tell you this, but remember that time around last Christmas in the Governor's mansion?...just before you went off to do battle against the peanut farmer?....you know, when Bill kept disappearing to help those nubile young assistants of his carry their eggnogg out to their cars (which seemed to be parked in the next county)?...Yes, I'm referring to that time (insert horrid chortle here)....It was a beautiful moment, and one which I shall cherish forever.

What I'm trying so unsuccinctly to say I guess, is that you now have a son. Oh, Skunky, he looks and smells so much like you!..I so desperately want you to see him. I have named him Cavtanker because....well...because there was already a child in the nursery named tank nut, and quite frankly he didn't look to be quite right in the head, so I came up with Cavtanker.

I must run now, my love. Bill is making another sortie....I shall send you a photo of the little one as soon as I get the chance. In the meantime keep your head low and watch out for low-flying peanut shells and mayonnaise jars

All my love,

Hill
