Re: Your #1 pick for WWII Medium Bomber

Time for afternoon/evening bean count on medium bombers. Currently have 11 votes spread out over 8 planes (Betty bomber edging out a 1 point lead.).

1. Arado Ar-234 ? 1 vote
2. A-26 ? 1 vote
3. Bristol Blenheim Mk I 1/72nd 1 vote (I will probably being doing a light bomber thread too.)
4. Handley Page Hampden 1/72nd 2 vote
5. Ki-67 Peggy 1/48th 1 vote
6. G4M Betty 1/72nd or 1/144th 3 votes
7. Ilyushin IL-4 ? 1 vote
8. SM 79 1/72 1 vote

If you'll notice, I added 1/48 scale to my A-26 selection (edit of original post). Sorry for not specifying that earlier.

Re: Your #1 pick for WWII Medium Bomber

I can't believe the Hampden is winning this. The Betty I can see, but a Hampden? Come on...

This is lame. I'd want any of the other proposed choices so far before a Hampden.

No offense to the Hampden lovers in the audience...

I guess it is just a case of Democracy in action, one voice one vote. Go Hampden!

GO BETTY! (sounds much sexier than go Hamden).

Betty would be cool, but just think if they made a variant carring a Baka?

Re: Your #1 pick for WWII Medium Bomber

I would have to vote for 'Betty' (1/72) - I assume there's no 'Veronica' ...
