Re: Quiz: Can you Name This Weapon?

Hello guys,
My lttle brother visited last night and because he is a mad keen shooting enthusiast I showed him this thread.

He really enjoyed reading his way through the posts and the smart .ss could identify most of the weapons, ( I told you he was mad keen).

He has quite a collection of his own and hunts on a regular basis.

He attends Bisley without fail every year although he has never shot in the competitions he was his club champion for a few years, (big bore pistol I seem to remember).
He watched the guy doing the fast reload with the auto.
He wondered if any of you had ever seen Jerry Mikalec (not sure of the spelling) in action.
He watched him in action at Bisley doing the fast reload thing using a revover against the auto guys and beating them, amazing guy to watch.
My brother thinks that he shoots for Colt these days (used to work for S+W before) but is not sure.

I shall stick with diecast planes, my brother was looking on the net for a bolt action for the new rifle he is building, crikey $750 thats just for the bolt bit thingy.

Anyway he is going to pop in at the weekend and check the thread to see what other "goodies" you have posted.

BTW his Christmas present to himself is a week in Scotland deer hunting in January, is he mad?

God Bless America.

A bit of a long shot, Sniper Rifle L4A1? That may have been the later version though, post WWII.

Well Done ZS! - Enfield No4MkI(T) - and for one additional point redeemable for absolutely nothing: name the forum member most closely related to this rifle?
