Nope. Its not even Russian. Hint: The magazine is loaded on the side of the weapon, Sten Gun-style.

Yes. It's a H&K SLB-8 out of Germany.

I've always seen it designated as an SL8, although they do use the Selbstladebüchse (SLB) designation on some other rifles.
