Re: perrys aircraft

Yeah, that's the one. I called it the Vietnam one. Duh...

It's sweet. Spirit of 76 has the Duxford B-52 for a little bit of nothing, relatively speaking. Take a look! A lot like Diamond Lil actually. Nice.

Those Corgi prices are unbelievable!!! You just talked me into getting Duxford and the MATS C-97. Thanks again for the tip!!!

Re: perrys aircraft

I would say the major diference between Lil and the Duxford BUFF is the lack of external bomb racks on the Duxford....That is a great price for it though!..If I didn't already have Lil, I would jump on that deal....

The only one I still would like to have is the OIF "H"...That would definitely complete my BUFF line up. The only thing that has really kept me from pulling the trigger is the coloring. In photos the shade seems too blueish, but I know how pics can be deceiving. Rush, let me know what you think when you get yours, please......Okay, I guess there are two things that have stopped me....SPACE...The last thing I have room for is yet another B-52..

And I'm glad no one makes it in 1/72nd scale...I couldn't even hang it up to get it out of the way cuz the thing would probably weigh 75 pounds!....I had the Monogram "D" as well, ages ago...
