Re: perrys aircraft

I just accidentally deleted my response....I have the Castle "F" as well, Pappy....just cuz I found it real cheap.....Lil blows it away...

I think one would be very hard pressed these days to find one of these NIB at or less than Perry's current price ...

Skunky, you and your cronies on here are a corrupting influence- I just bought 2 B-52s from Perry's.
Thanks for the tip!

Re: perrys aircraft

I wish that Iraqi Freedom B-52 came in 1/72 scale. But the wife might get honked off at how much room it would consume.

Yes, I remember building the Monogram "D" when I was younger, and that thing dominated all other models hanging from my ceiling. It would be expensive, and take up a lot of room, but I'd go for a 1/72nd metal B-52...I'd find a way to make it fit in my home.

Yeah, that's the one. I called it the Vietnam one. Duh...

It's sweet. Spirit of 76 has the Duxford B-52 for a little bit of nothing, relatively speaking. Take a look! A lot like Diamond Lil actually. Nice.
