WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Upgraded with more than $1.7 billion in new avionics, engines and sensors at regular intervals throughout its 48-year lifetime, the U-2 "Dragon Lady" today still reigns supreme.
