Yes it is Canadian the performer is Terry Kelly who is from the Atlantic Canada region where I live I had thought of posting it as I think it is a nicely done and a meaningful tribute and reminder to us all of the men & women who have paid the price for the freedom that we enjoy today, Thanks for posting it Shawn.
