Like handing an aircrew member a plastic bag after their weather briefing and requesting they collect an air sample enroute. Four times in my career I had a young aircrew member walk up to weather counter and hand over their labeled air sample plastic bag. That or you could send one of your new airmen out to collect a yard of flight line. Best one I ever pulled was while working as a medical laboratory technician. Had a new airmen in training and looked over at him and said "I need a fallopian tubule and I need it STAT, get over to the ER see if they have some." I called over to the ER and let them know what was going on and thought the gag would end there, Noooo. They thought it was a real hoot and sent him up to one of the upstairs wards. In a nutshell, he ended up hitting about every possible ward in the hospital. His last stop was OBGYN, at that point a kind doctor explained to him what a fallopian tubule was. He came back to the office with quite an impressive shade of red to his cheeks. He was none to pleased with me for about two weeks.
