What do you like, aircraft wise that is?

OK, my brothers in diecast, I was recently thinking about the following:

What plane, regardless of political ideology or slant, gets your engines going??

Based purely on the above, I would have to say...The RF-4C, it's a plane piloted by an unarmed crew, in order to send back VITAL intelligence

OK, my brothers in diecast!...I love you all, regardless of nationality or slant (read that left or right)

I've had a little bit of the vino, and a little bit of the cerveza, and got to thinking about the following:

What plane, regardless of political ideology or slant, gets your engines going??

Based purely on the above, I would have to say...The RF-4C, it's a plane piloted by an unarmed crew, in order to give VITAL intelligence back to it's recipient...

Is my choice limited to only one plane?

OK, ok, I see your point....Never let it be said that a "Red-Leaning" American is hard-headed!! What plane, not limited to one, but not more than 17!!

If I was to list all the planes I like, I wouldn't be able to make the time limit for the post. So, I'll go with my all-time favorite- The F-104. Specifically, the F-104C. That's what got me into liking airplanes in the first place.

See Rush, that's what makes this post different...What would you narrow your choices to, not what 17 diecast would you like to see?? The F-104C is a great choice!!

Re: What do you like, aircraft wise that is?

Have probably built/bought more Spitfires over the course of a lifetime than any other plane so that must say something.

Then there is the Hurricane/Lanc/F-4/P-51/Harrier/104,...... hell I can't do this.
