Re: "Dogfights!: Season 2 on the History Channel

Anyone have a copy of the P-47 show??? The wife dropped the ball on tapping it while I was out of town. The boy and i really wanted to see it.
- Shawn

I think it is re-running tomorrow- at least looks like it on my Direct TV setup.

I agree I would buy the IAF jet aircraft. Hobby Master Currently has a Mirage and a A-4 Skyhawk. and a F-4 in the future. All prime for IAF markings.

Re: "Dogfights!: Season 2 on the History Channel

Tonight's episode of IAF aces was great. The model companies really do an injustice to the IAF (and really, the Middle East theater - if you can call it that) by not creating more than the few models done thus far. I would certainly buy a model Kfir or the IAF copy of the Mirage 5 (Nashen?). And would even buy an opponent of theirs or two.

I couldn't agree more with these sentiments! I'm hoping Hobby Master or the others reading these comments are taking notes? We shall continue to make these noises until are pleas are heard.

That would be the IAI Nesher. Acquitted itself very well as a combat aircraft, for a copy anyway. Check out these links. I'd buy these without blinking (if they're good models of course).

Re: "Dogfights!: Season 2 on the History Channel

For Captain Eddie, don't miss tonights episode on the History Channel.

THE FIRST DOGFIGHTERS
Some of the greatest fighter pilots of all time engaged in epic duels over the battered landscape of France and Belgium. Fokker triplanes, Spads, and SE5s go head to head in World War I's most famous dogfights.
