I purchased a plane and it arrived with missing and some broken parts. The seller wants his plane back in order to credit me with a refund, but has since filed a complaint with e-bay saying that the shipped package was in perfect order and that I refused to send it back. I'm new to e-bay and only found IC3 to counter-file with.

I really dont want to be hasseled over a $65 purchase, but is there anything else I can do?

If you want a refund then just send it back , as that the only way your get your money back from paypal

Send it back with delivery confirmation, and file a PayPal claim once you verified that the model has arrived at seller's location.

I concur. I've had a few planes come back in pieces, and refund and/or replacement has never happened before I returned the plane.
