Re: Who amongst you is Ex-Military?

Australia has a newly elected Prime Minister.

After 11 years under John Howard's Liberal government we have a new one.

Labor Prime Minister Kevin Rudd is Down Under's new head honcho.

He was quick to reassure the respective governments of both the United States and Great Britain that 21 million Australians are their mates and that they are ready, willing & able to help out militarily whenever and wherever we are required.

I thought that was a good enough reason to bump this thread!

You have voted out your liberal, just as it looks like we're about to elect one. Still, we welcome the support. But we've always known you'd be there with us, you guys hate being left out.

We have not just elected a new Prime Minister, however, we are investigating a crooked former PM.

Re: Who amongst you is Ex-Military?

Now don't go saying he's crooked, cripes we'll wind up kicking out another 2.1 million dollars. He said he didn't receive any money for Air Canada's Airbus purchases! BUT , I'm not certain was he not the PM when the CAF got their Airbus', excuse me Polaris'. I don't know how that purchase happened, no pre-quals or specs. just one day we have Boeings and the next the other. Why has nobody looked at that!
